End of lease cleaning in Sutherland Shire

If you have lived near Cronulla or the Port Hacking waterways, fine sand tends to settle in sliding door tracks, window sills and along skirting boards. Tell us when you book if the property is close to the beach so your cleaner knows to give tracks and edges extra attention. For salt haze on the inside of the glass, add internal windows, from $169 for a 3 Bed 2 Bath.
Carpets and the condition report
If your lease asks for carpets to be professionally cleaned, you can book carpet cleaning alongside your bond clean. Pricing is $139 for a 2 Bed 1 Bath, $179 for a 3 Bed 2 Bath and $219 for a 4 Bed 2 Bath. Carpets get pre-treatment on high-traffic areas, a hot water extraction clean and stain reduction, with photos you can pass on to your agent.
Heavily used ovens and barbecues
A family kitchen after a few years of use can leave a lot of baked-on grease, and some Shire rentals come with a barbecue in the outdoor area. A dedicated oven and BBQ clean degreases doors, racks and trays and finishes with a food-safe wipe. It is $179 for a single oven or BBQ, $229 for a double oven and $249 for a double BBQ.
