End of lease cleaning in Eastern Suburbs

Salt spray leaves a cloudy film on windows and balcony doors that shows up clearly in afternoon light. Internal window cleaning can be added to a bond clean, from $99 for a studio up to $189 for a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home. Mention balcony doors when you book so they get proper attention.
Leaving a share house near UNSW
Leases around Kensington, Kingsford and Randwick may have several housemates on them. Decide early who books the clean and how the cost is split, and pick a date when the place will be empty, as cleaning works best once furniture is gone. A three-bed, two-bath end of lease clean is $699, and a four-bed, two-bath is $899.
Moving out of a strata block
Many Eastern Suburbs rentals are apartments in art deco and post-war blocks. Check your building's move-out rules with the strata or building manager, such as times when removalists and trades can come and go, and tell us about any access arrangements when you book.
